RETURNS AND OTHER POLICIES
We want to do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your socks and with your Flipdry experience.
Some of our policies are stated below, but you can always e-mail us at email@example.com and we will work to ensure your satisfaction as best we can.
We are happy to accept the return of any unworn products that are defective, damaged during shipping or jacked due to no fault of our own.
- We have a 30 days return policy after the receipt of the socks by you
- Kindly notify us through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days and we will help you with way forward
- Request you to mention your order number and a photo of the incorrect product, if possible
- Please note that the returned items must be unworn and be in it’s original packing. It must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
- Because of the intimate nature of wearing socks, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been worn. Ew.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS:
- In case you need an exchange or a refund, we will work with our delivery partners to pick up the products from you.
- We will first conduct a quality check once the products are returned to us and then proceed with an exchange or a refund.
- Please write to us at email@example.com for further queries regarding refunds

- To cancel, please send us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
- We can only accept cancellation requests until the products have been shipped by us
- Once the products are shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order but may be able to return the products
